Sosem hittem volna, hogy ennyire nehéz tervezni: szép legyen, összeillő, olyan hangulatú amilyet akarok, és még mutasson is. A minta is túl nagy volt, ráadásul magyarítottam. Nem is folytatom, elég hozzá, hogy a keretnek volt olyan oldala amit 4x varrtam, (elszámoltam, megint elszámoltam, befejeztem de nem volt jó a méret...) leveleket baloldali fán 3x bontottam vissza, mert egyik szín se tetszett, és végül az eredetit tartottam meg, a szövegnek szintúgy 3x futottam neki (nem jó szín, elszámoltam, mégse jó szín)... Remélem új gazdája örülni fog neki!
I was late with last IHSW, but I am happily present you the box I finished. The stiching was unending, because I have changed the fabric, therefore I had to change the colours as well.
I have never thought that designing is such a difficult thing: it should be nice, matching colours, good on the background, and give the impression I want. The pattern was too big, because I used a Hungarian poem, so I made some changes there as well. But after finishing the frame and 2rows of flowers I realised it does not fit to the top of the box, so here came the frogging... And I did not like the colour of the leaves on the trees, so here comes the frogging again. And I still did not like the leaves...frogging...still not nice....frogging...back to first version.....I redid some parts of the frame 3times, the poem also 3times. I never used the scissors as much in my whole life as here. But at least it is finished, and now I feel quite content with my changes.
