Levendulák / Lavenders

Tegnap kitaláltam, hogy levendulás zsákot csinálok, mert már 2 hete kerülgetek egy nagy csokor szárított levendulát a konyhában. Volt néhány régi lenanyagom, amelyek a készleteim felmérésekor bukkantak elő a múlt homályából, és ideális alapanyagnak bizonyultak erre a célra. Végignéztem a mini mintáimat, és az egyiket ki is választottam, és csak a nyomtatáskor jöttem rá, hogy a jelekhez nincs színkódom. 

 I've been putting here and there a bunch of dried lavenders in the kitchen at least for 2 weeks, and finally yesterday came the idea to make some lavender sacks. During my stashing I have found some old linen in the back of my wardrobe, and they are just the perfect choice for this project. I checked my mini charts and chose a nice one - the only problem was that the colour numbers were missing from the page.

Pont tegnapelőtt nézegettük a DMC színmintákat, és magyaráztam, hogy itt nem szám hanem színskála szerint vannak sorba rendezve a fonalak, hogy egyszerűbb legyen a tervezők dolga. Minden jel arra ösztönzött, hogy a hímzések terén lépjek tovább, ha csak egy aprót is - legyek én a színek tervezője. Rájöttem, ez nem is annyira egyszerű, mert amelyik szín egymás mellett jól mutatott, a hímzésen teljesen összeolvadt... De azért a végére egész jó kis zsákot hoztam össze, nézzétek meg!

The day before yesterday we were looking the DMC flosslist, and I was explaining that here you can find floss not by numbers, but by shade, to make the life of designers easier. All the sign were pushing me to one direction: to be a designer! During the "Project" I have realised how difficult is the life of designers.Even to this tiny task it was really hard to decide which floss to use. On the chart they looked quite different, but in the stitching they were almost identical. However, by the end I have made quite a nice sack, check it out!
